• One person or entity may maintain only one free account

• Guest users can access basic features without registration
• Guest data is automatically deleted after session ends
• Guest users have limited features compared to registered users

6.1 Guest Users

• Uploaded Templates: Deleted when session ends (approximately 4 hours of inactivity)
• Generated Documents: Automatically deleted 1 hour after creation
• Session Data: Cleared when you logout or session expires
• Recommendation: Download files immediately

6.2 Registered Users

• Uploaded Templates: Saved permanently until you manually delete them
• Generated Documents: Automatically deleted 24 hours after creation
• Field Configurations: Saved with templates permanently
• Manual Delete: You can delete any file anytime from your dashboard

6.3 Why These Time Limits?

Our retention policy balances three key factors:

• Privacy: Shorter retention reduces data exposure risk
• Usability: Gives you adequate time to access files
• Storage: Prevents server bloat and keeps service free

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you upload. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process and generate documents from your templates.

The DocuDynamic platform, including its design, code, and features, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
